My Philosophy

For a long time I believed wellness meant perks — the fruit bowl, the yoga stipend, the meditation app. I know better now. Wellness is structure.

I spent years inside logistics operations, watching extraordinary people burn out inside systems that asked too much and explained too little. The problem was never that they cared. The problem was that the work itself was built without them in mind.

My mission is simple, and it is stubborn. I want wellness to be systemic — built into the calendar, the org chart, the way decisions get made. That is what I am here to help you build.

Pillar One

Workplace Culture Redesign

Most teams inherit their culture the way a house inherits its load-bearing walls — invisible, unquestioned, structural. I help you see those walls clearly, then decide which ones actually hold the roof up.

This pillar is the slow, careful work of rewriting how people actually work together day to day. Not slogans. Not off-sites. The small repeated patterns that decide whether Monday feels survivable.

  • Team DynamicsSurfacing the unspoken norms that shape how decisions get made, disagreements get resolved, and new ideas get heard.
  • Communication RhythmDesigning the cadence of sync and async conversation so urgency is signaled clearly and attention is protected by default.
  • Leadership PracticeCoaching leaders on the everyday behaviors — check-ins, framing, follow-through — that either build or erode trust.
  • Daily OperationsAuditing the meetings, rituals, and handoffs that make up the week. Keeping what serves the work, retiring what doesn't.

From how we work together — to how work fits into a life.

Pillar Two

Work-Life Integration Systems

Work-life balance is a myth sold by people who have never had to ship a project at 9pm. Integration is the honest version — policies and rituals that let work and life share a calendar without one quietly eating the other.

Here we design the frameworks: the boundary structures, the recovery practices, the operational policies that let people do demanding work without shrinking the rest of their lives to make room.

  • Sustainable CadenceBuilding the week so intense sprints are followed by real recovery — not another sprint with a different name.
  • Boundary PoliciesWriting the org-level rules for after-hours, PTO, and availability that remove the social cost of being a person.
  • Recovery PracticesDesigning rest as infrastructure, not indulgence — the daily and weekly rituals that replenish attention and judgment.
  • Integration FrameworksCreating shared language for when work flows into life and life flows into work, without defaulting to burnout either way.
The People I Work With

Who This Is For

The work lands differently depending on where you sit. Here is who I tend to work with, and what I bring when we meet.

HR Leaders & People Ops

You already see the pattern. You need a framework, not another pep talk, to move your organization from wellness perks to wellness infrastructure.

Founders & Executives

You built the company. Now you're building the conditions that decide whether the next ten years are sustainable — for your team and for you.

Team Managers

You are the load-bearing wall between strategy and human beings. You want practical structures for the meetings, decisions, and weeks you actually run.

Organizations in Transition

Rapid growth, restructuring, a return-to-office call — any moment when the old operating agreements no longer fit the shape of the work.

Whether you're a team of 10 or 10,000 — if you're rethinking how work works, let's talk.
